1. Cancellation:
   You can cancel an order only before it is shipped by emailing hey@shopnamami.com.
   

2. Non-Returnable Items:
   Rudraksha beads and spiritual items energized through rituals are non-returnable due to sanctity.

3. Refunds:
   Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or as store credit.

4. Exchange:
   In case of wrong/damaged item received, we’ll replace it at no cost. Unboxing video needs to be shared to claim.
